The Project Lead (PL) is responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects in the shop and in the field. This role owns execution planning, coordination, and real-time problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with Downtown FabWorks quality standards. The Project Lead serves as the operational bridge between Project Managers, Department Leads, fabrication teams, and Design during execution, without owning contractual or commercial responsibility.
The Technical Design Detailer is a technical draftsperson responsible for supporting Design Leads, Design Associates and interdepartmental Project Teams in creating 2D drawings from CAD models. This is an entry level position with room to grow and advance. This position reports directly to the Head of Technical Design and Vice President of Design.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Managers (PMs) in overseeing projects from initiation to closeout. This role ensures projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet contract requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can efficiently manage administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly. This is a non-exempt position. Travel may be required.
